For all orders that are delivered within two to three business days, Feelings Perfumes offers free shipping. We only deliver in the United Arab Emirates, so please be aware of it.

The Products must be returned with all connected accessories (including promotional gifts) in their original, unopened condition and in their entire original packaging. Otherwise, your purchase will not be accepted by us.
However, products that the client returns that are damaged, worn, opened, broken, incomplete, or unsealed will not be eligible for reimbursement. For more information, read our privacy policies below:
CANCELLATION POLICY
The consumer cannot cancel their products, hence needs to contact us if facing any difficulty. The consumer will receive a refund for the original payment method they used. Please give the refund transfer up to 14 calendar days to complete.
POLICY ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Only if the delivery box has not been opened, the products are damaged, or the wrong product was sent, may we accept returns within 48 hours after arrival. Please let us know and send the box back in its original container. In such cases, we'll try to send you another or issue a refund for your money. Refunds can only be made using the original payment method.
Only items that haven't been tampered with, are sealed, and are still in their original packaging are eligible for returns. Please return your items to us via certified courier service if all of these requirements are satisfied. We will then give a complete refund. Please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipping requests if the product has been used or tampered with. Fees for shipping and handling are not refundable.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
The website must make note of the multiple shipment policy. The likelihood that several shipments could lead to repeated postings to the cardholder's monthly statement should be made clear to them at the time of checkout.
